Scott Thomas Update

Friday Scott Thomas' Guardianship case was partially settled. It would appaer that the two women battling over the right to care for him, may be joint care? Apparently the issue won't be settled until the court is satisfied on how he became to be in such a position.

There is now a homocide team investigating the case.

Scotts wife contends he fell in the kitchen and struck his head. His mother says there wasn't anything for him to strike his head on.

For a while before Scott's alledged accident he would become suddenly and deathly ill. Drs. were NEVER able to find out why, altho his mother suspects foul play.
