Don't Throw Stones if You Live in a Glass House- Weeping and Gnashing of Teeth Pt-2

Most Nations in the Americas Respect Human Rights, Reports Find - US Department of State

In keeping with my Weeping and Gnashing of Teeth. I Previously uncovered some disturbing history of Eugenics and Euthanasia in the U.S.

As I started to continue on that article with some other disturbing information I ran across this, and thought I would elaborate a bit.
I read this thinking, what each charge meant, and how we the U.S. are supposed to be better in respects to these areas.

Venezula-politicization of the judiciary, & human-rights violations , attacked the independent media

DOMINICAN REPUBLIC--human-rights record of the Dominican Republic also remained poor in 2004, child prostitution

HAITI--human-rights abuses, unlawful killings by members of the Haitian National Police,

COLOMBIA--child abuse, and child prostitution were cited as serious problems in Colombia

El SALVADOR -Impunity for the rich and powerful remained a problem, forced child prostitution, as did discrimination against disabled persons. Some police officers used excessive force and mistreated detainees; at times police arbitrarily arrested and detained persons without adequate cause.

I could go on, There are other countries as well, but for time and space I am attempting to keep this short.

We need to first look at our own "Log in our eye" before attempting to remove the "Splinter from our Brothers Eye".

We have in this country Politicized our Judiciary. Judges are no longer picked on whether or not they judge by constitutional rule of law, right or wrong, but rather which party they belong to, which Ideals they ascribe to, i.e. pro-life, religious affiliations, and $$ contributions. ~ Can You Say Fili-Buster?

Attacking the Independant Media has begun here post 911. Indy media had there servers confiscated by the FBI in October, 2004. FBI Targets Sites Hosted at Flag.blackened.net- March 2005 'Radical' radio shows forced from the Net

When I ran this thru Google I came up with about 5 hits.

"Rage Against The Machine" fan discussion forum was shutdown" ( Too much anti-american chatter) The sad thing is of those sites 1 had a copy off the EFF list,( of which I saw that headline) One moved to a different server, and was discussing science and chemistry, and 2 others were gone. When I looked at googles cached listing, they all returned NOTHING! They were SCRUBBED! I could NOT get any info, as in details.

It appears that Big Bro of the U.S.A does not want any anarchism sites, politically incorrect sites in regards to them.

Child Abuse and Child Sex Rings-The Franklin Cover-up. The Biggest Child Sex Scandal this country has ever seen. Picture here From the looks of what is going on in the white house today with this Gannon/Guckert/ Is he Johnny Gosch? scandal, we may be on the road to revisting Franklin or another just like it. We had the "alleged" suicide of Hunter S.Thompson and the arrest of Photographer Russell E. "Rusty" Nelson who was the victim of another photographer and possible witness to the white house scandal involving kiddie prostitutes at the height of the Frankln Scandal. The Franklin Cover up was a network of religious leaders and Washington politicians who flew children to Washington D.C. for sex orgies. This all took place during Reagan/Bush years. There was also reports of kids killed at the Bohemian Grove after they were used.

According to a 2001 report from the Dept of Justice between 300,000 and 400,000 U.S. children many from middle class homes -- are victims of some type of sexual exploitation every year. Let's not forget the pedophilia scandal that recently hit the Catholic Dioceses. I think it is safe to say we are NO better then other countries when it comes to sexual child abuse, and prostitution.

Human Rights Abuses- Where do I start? Hmmm.

How about HUMAN EXPERIMENTATION!

1931 Dr. Cornelius Rhoads, under the auspices of the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Investigations, infects human subjects with cancer cells. Later on he begins a series of radiation exposure experiments on American soldiers and civilian hospital patients.

The most famously cited abuse is the Tuskegee Syphillis experiments in 1932. 200 Black prisoners were given syphillis, never treated so Drs. could monitor the effects on their bodies. They all died.

1935 The Pellagra Incident. After millions of individuals die from Pellagra over a span of two decades, the U.S. Public Health Service finally acts to stem the disease. The director of the agency admits it had known for at least 20 years that Pellagra is caused by a niacin deficiency but failed to act since most of the deaths occured within poverty-striken black populations.

1940 Four hundred prisoners in Chicago are infected with Malaria in order to study the effects of new and experimental drugs to combat the disease. Nazi doctors later on trial at Nuremberg cite this American study to defend their own actions during the Holocaust.

1995 - Dr. Garth Nicolson, uncovers evidence that the biological agents used during the Gulf War had been manufactured in Houston, TX and Boca Raton, Fl and tested on prisoners in the Texas Department of Corrections.

1995: Thirty-four healthy, previously non-aggressive New York City minority children, boys aged 6 to 11 years old, were exposed to fenfluramine in a nontherapeutic experiment at the New York State Psychiatric Institute. The children were exposed to this neurotoxic drug to record their neurochemical response in an effort to prove a speculative theory linking aggression to a biological marker.

1996 - Department of Defense admits that Desert Storm soldiers were exposed to chemical agents. 1997 - Eighty-eight members of Congress sign a letter demanding an investigation into bioweapons use & Gulf War Syndrome.

1997. FDA Modernization Act gives pharmaceutical companies a huge financial incentive - a 6 month patent exclusivity extension - if they conduct drug tests on children. The incentive can yield $900 million.

2001: A biotech company in Pennsylvania asks the FDA for permission to conduct placebo trials on infants in Latin America born with serious lung disease though such tests would be illegal in U.S.

Go and Google "Project Shad" and see how our military were used as Guinea pigs!

OH and it isn't just past abuses either, it keeps going all the way up to today. For the sticklers out there, the gov'ts own words,

The President directed the Advisory Committee to uncover the history of human radiation experiments during the period 1944 through 1974. It was in 1944 that the first known human radiation experiment of interest was planned, and in 1974 that the Department of Health, Education and Welfare adopted regulations governing the conduct of human research, a watershed event in the history of federal protections for human subjects.

Research Involving Individuals with Questionable Capacity to Consent Unlike research involving children, prisoners, pregnant women, and fetuses, no additional Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) regulations specifically govern research involving persons who are cognitively impaired. While limited decisionmaking capacity should not prevent participation in research, it is important to keep in mind that additional scrutiny by IRBs and researchers is warranted for research involving this population.

Why is a policy being developed to promote the inclusion of children in research

NIH and members of Congress are concerned about using treatments for children that are based on data from research conducted on adults, without adequate research data from children. To explore this issue and possible remedies, NIH held a workshop in June 1996, cosponsored by the American Academy of Pediatrics. Participants of the workshop recommended that NIH develop a policy for promoting the age-appropriate participation of children in research.

NIH has developed and moved to implement a policy stipulating that when there is sound scientific rationale for including children in research involving adult human subjects, investigators will be expected to include them, unless there is a strong justification for their exclusion. Although the scientific rationale for this policy is similar to that of the policy for inclusion of women and minorities in research, this policy does not mandate the inclusion of children in all research involving human subjects, because the issues and sensitivities surrounding the age-appropriate participation of children in research are different from those for women and minorities.

As a side note, every specimen your Dr. collects can and does get used for testing and study without your consent. Research on Human Specimens

A ‘human subject’ is a living individual about whom an investigator obtains either (1) data through intervention or interaction with the individual, or (2) identifiable private information1. Legal requirements to protect human subjects apply to a much broader range of research than many investigators realize, and researchers using human tissue specimens are often unsure about how regulations apply to their research. Legal obligations to protect human subjects apply, for example, to research that uses–

Bodily materials, such as cells, blood or urine, tissues, organs, hair or nail clippings, even if you did not collect these materials Residual diagnostic specimens, including specimens obtained for routine patient care that would have been discarded if not used for research Private information, such as medical information, that can be readily identified with individuals, even if the information was not specifically collected for the study in question. Research on cell lines or DNA samples that can be associated with individuals falls into this category.

Then there is this goody I was preparing for another article....

Child Abuse - Aids Experiment -

Forced Drug Experiments on Black & Latino Babies Kidnapped by Our local CPS
Recent news report have exposed the NYC Administration for Children's Services (ACS) in a conspiracy to force experimental and lethal drug treatments on Black & Latino Children who after testing HIV positive were kidnapped from their mothers at the Hospital and forcibly placed in Foster Care. The BBC (British Broadcasting Co.) after a 9 month investigation, recently aired a documentary called "Guinea Pig Kids", which exposes how NYC government supports these racist and genocidal acts against Our Children at the Incarnation Children's Center in Washington Heights, Manhattan, run by Catholic Charities for big profits.

This is an OUTRAGE!
It is in clear violation of Human Rights Treaties!

The synopsis of GUINEA PIG KIDS goes on to say ,

The film focuses on the scene of these "crimes against humanity", the Incarnation Children’s Center (ICC), in Washington Heights. Under the auspices of the Catholic Archdiocese, ICC, in collusion with ACS, Columbia Presbyterian Hospital and several pharmaceutical companies for the past several years, has conducted clinical trials of highly toxic, debilitating and often lethal drugs on defenseless Black and Latino children in foster care, some as young as 3 months old.

“This case clearly demonstrates the U.S. government’s active participation in the torture of Black and Latino children. It is on par with Abu Ghraib and the torture of Black political prisoners. In fact, the U.S. has steadfastly refused to sign on to the international covenant protecting the rights of the child.”

This is from a San Fransisco Paper- Jacqueline Hoerger will never forget the raid of her Nyack home by foster-care social workers who snatched the two HIV-positive sisters she was trying to adopt.

Her crime: She was accused of neglect by the girls’ doctor of because she refused to give them a potentially dangerous cocktail of high-powered AIDS medications that she felt made them sicker.

Hoerger, a pediatric nurse who spent two years as the girls’ foster mother, got the children from Manhattan’s Incarnation Children’s Center, a foster home for HIV-infected kids, where she worked from 1989 to 1993. There, she watched an array of researchers experiment on HIV-infected children, some as young as 3 months.

She did her job, and figured the doctors at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, which is affiliated with ICC, knew what they were doing. It wasn’t until she was allowed to take the sisters, ages 6 and 4, home in late 1998 that she began questioning the doctors and suspected that they were conducting research....
She hasn’t seen the kids since...... No one from ACS, Columbia-Presbyterian and the Archdiocese of New York could say if any children were hurt or killed in the experiments.

This statement was shocking, Councilman Bill Perkins said "he's concerned because of the rumblings he's heard in the "black community" about children being taken away from their parents by ACS and used in research studies."

I would think his concern would be for the safety and efficacy of those Kids, The shock of using kids for experiments, as Human Guinea Pigs. The fact that these kids are taken all the time and placed into foster care where they are further beaten , raped, and abused, and yes even killed. These reports are usually from people who can Neither mind their own business, ( I am speaking from experience) or like to make trouble. The whole system for reporting abuse anonymously should be abolished, as it gives people the freedom to file false charges. You are assumed guilty and must prove your innocence. It is nothing more then illegal / legal kidnapping. Funny our Constitution states "We have a Right to Face our Accuser" , not in cases of reported child abuse you don't.

It would seem we have NO rights setting standards for other countries to live by, when we can't even live by our own Standards. We may not be perfect, but we should not portray ourselves as such either. We have NO business stepping into another country setting up standards and policing them when we cannot police ourselves.

Next the Population Control Program. That will be continued in part 3.
