Jeb Bush's New Hearsay Law -Death for Disabled-Incapacitated!
He Will Be Creating More Terri's

Think things were bad when Terri schindler had her hearings? Jeb Bush just passed a new *Hearsay Law*!

It is so bad even your ESTRANGED SPOUSE can testify they know you want to DIE!

Florida lawmakers have quietly effected a change to the law affecting vulnerable persons—the elderly and disabled adults in the state, potentially affecting every person in the state of Florida.
EFFECTIVE JULY 1 2005!

TEJ Reports:
Florida’s Evidence Code has been modified in such a way that hearsay testimony of an incapacitated person’s oral declarations from potentially conflicted guardians, beneficiaries or heirs at law is now admissible in a court of law.
The bill was sponsored by Rep. Anitere Flores (R-District 114), a Miami attorney. It was unanimously passed by both houses and quietly signed into law on Tuesday, May 24 at noon by Gov. Jeb Bush.

This bill serves to eliminate an important standard of evidence and reduce the rights and protections of incapacitated Floridians.
