Pro Life Activists Stopped In Albany NY

First Amendment Trampled Again!

Every Summer Pro Life Activists partake in a march called Oh Saratoga!

This Year officials in Albany decided to not allow them to use any amplification equipment. The group contacted AFA Attorneys.

Stephen Crampton, chief counsel got the city to eventually allow the equipment but then slapped a distance order down stating they could NOT a public sidewalk in front of an abortion clinic.

They did however allow planned parenthood escorts to stand outside the clinic.

The activists only had a few seconds to try to reach out to women going into the clinic!

They are considering a lawsuit!
