Planned Parenthood fights order in fraud probe

PP in Indiana is in hot water again! I hope they boil this time!

They had refused to turn over medical records, on the grounds of Dr. / Patient confidentiality. However by their own admission the say that child abuse laws usurp that confidentiality.
A similar case is pending in Kansas before the state Supreme Court.

Now I am all for Privacy, I dont think anyone has the rights to my medical records, but when it comes to kids, I believe if they have been accosted by a pedophile they most certainly have a responsibility to report it.
