I just Read about the Firing of
one of your

employees b/c of his
religious beliefs!
I AM OUTRAGED!
WHO the HELL DO YOU PEOPLE

THINK YOU ARE?
IF HE WERE A BLACK MAN
YOU WOULDN'T FIRE HIM!


This man is entitled to his
opinion his beliefs,
he has a right
constitutionally
to express those beliefs!
There are those of us who
agree
with him, but agree or
not you cannot get away with this!


In addition since you support so
highly the SODOMITE community,
you can
be assured I will let everyone
I know NOT to SUPPORT
YOUR COMPANY! My
Kids go to
a Christian School in the area,
and they will know about your
standing and what you have done.
I will do everything in my power
to make sure
they know and
the parents of ALL the students know.

Allstate policies and practices are clear:
the company absolutely does not discriminate
against employees (former or current)
based on their
religious beliefs.

The company would not terminate an
employee for
expressing their personal religious
views on their
own time and any allegations suggesting
otherwise
are false and offensive.

A former employee recently
made allegations of
discrimination against Allstate
in a lawsuit.
It is Allstate's policy not to discuss
employment matters regarding current
or former
employees since we believe it is
inappropriate
to discuss private matters publicly.

We disagree with the allegations
in the lawsuit,
which will be reflected in our
responses in court.
